My Mother recently found out that a previous illness has returned. My sisters and I took turns keeping her company this year. Cutting this quilt and piecing it together gave me so much peace of mind during a difficult time. This pandemic helped me finish it. While finishing the quilt, I was able to teach my students at KMSC school how to bind a quilt via Zoom. It has been a mentally rewarding process.
