The year 2020 has been challenging in more ways than one could have ever fathomed. A global pandemic halted life as we know it. While 2020 curtailed traveling and meeting our loved ones, humans were forced to slow down. With that slowing down, Mother Earth has started to heal. My Quilt (circular, 144 cm diameter) shows a healing Mother Earth, the yellow sun shining brightly, the blues are the rivers flowing beautifully and meandering through the mountains, while the greens represent the floral life of the forest coming back to life and bringing with them vibrancy!
