In 2020, we were challenged to design a Sewing Machine Cover. I decided to make a small quilt (big enough to cover my 15 year old domestic sewing machine) with all my favourite quilting essentials in mind - "Quilting Dreams". This quilt is made using mainly the Foundation Paper Piecing technique (FPP patterns designed by Jaynette Huff), fussy cutting, quilted with monofilament thread, and embellished with buttons, pins, a faux blade, a embroidery stitch and crystals (each embellishment accompanied with a unique story/memory).
