This is a king size quilt, machine pieced using half square triangles and 4 patch blocks.
The primary block design is the friendship star, which I have modified in the layout to create an additional star pattern in the background fabric (grey). The has been long arm quilted using different designs for each type of block to high light the detail construction of the quilt. Friendship is so much part of our lives, and this quilt was made to remember and honour all my friends who have stood with me throughout my life.
