Claudia Pfiell, a quilter from Germany very generously ran an online programme called 'Pfearless Corona Pfighters on a Quilter's Mission', to help cope with the Covid lockdown. She shared her unique technique of making blocks, and we were encouraged to put together our own versions of it. We were in the middle of the monsoons where I live in Malhar in Bangalore, and with the lockdown also, the plants around grew with profusion and abundance. My early morning walks became a source of discovery and such joy. I used the wonderful method taught by Claudia to create a picture of the greenery that surrounded me.
